fall back on means to make use of something in a situation where other things are not available

fall behind means fail to keep up pace with others
If we don’t come up with a great presentation we will fall behind our competitors.
fall in means to get into line and fall out means to leave the line
All the troops fell in for the parade. After the parade they will fall out and proceed to their camps.
